Gujarati Daal😋 instructions

  1. Wash the daal and cook in the pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles..
  2. Allow it to cool and then make a fine paste in mixer..
  3. Sooran, peanuts and khajoor in required quantity along with water should be pressure cooker till 2-3 whistles..
  4. In a pan take ghee and add sarson and jeera..
  5. Then add remaining fry ingredients and cook on a medium flame..
  6. Now add water, cookam, tomato, lemon juice and ginger and mix well..
  7. Let it boil on a medium flame for 15-20 mins..
  8. Add the above mixture made in step 3 and stir it continuously..
  9. Cook it for another few mins..
  10. Now serve it with coriander leaves on top..
