Gujarati Daal😋 instructions
- Wash the daal and cook in the pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles..
- Allow it to cool and then make a fine paste in mixer..
- Sooran, peanuts and khajoor in required quantity along with water should be pressure cooker till 2-3 whistles..
- In a pan take ghee and add sarson and jeera..
- Then add remaining fry ingredients and cook on a medium flame..
- Now add water, cookam, tomato, lemon juice and ginger and mix well..
- Let it boil on a medium flame for 15-20 mins..
- Add the above mixture made in step 3 and stir it continuously..
- Cook it for another few mins..
- Now serve it with coriander leaves on top..
