Hara Bhara Cutlet step by step

  1. Wash and boil palak for approx 6-7 minutes..
  2. Take boiled palak in mixture jar. Add chilli & garlic and grind it..
  3. Add boiled kabhi chana, green coriander, pudina,garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt and grind it..
  4. Take grinded mixture in a bowl. Add Boiled & grated potatoes, bread crumbs and mix well. Dough for Cutlet is ready..
  5. Take few drops of oil on palm. Take small piece of dough on palm and put one piece of paneer in the middle of dough.Give them desired shape. Raw cutlet is ready..
  6. Now roll the raw cutlet in breadcrumb nicely..
  7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlet. Hara Bhara Cutlet is ready..

I usually use palak but this time I used amaranthus and it tasted good. So any type of greens should work. Hara bhara in Hindi means lush green!!! Pureed spinach is added to these cutlets along with fresh peas, mint and coriander leaves to give them their delightful green colour. Hara bhara kabab are vegetarian kababs made with spinach, potatoes and green peas.
