  1. To prepare Sugar Syrup:- Place water in a pan over medium flame. Add sugar in it and stir until fully dissolved then after a few minutes remove the scum that rise to the top. Now add Elaichi powder, dryfruits and saffron in it and stir well. Once the sugar syrup is thick, remove the pan from the flame and keep it aside..

  8. Drop the malpua in sugar syrup and allow it to soak for 2-3minutes..
  9. Repeat the same with the remaining batter..
