- To prepare a dough,take a bowl in it add maida,salt, ajwain,black pepper, Saunf and mix it.And with the help of water make a dough. Cover the dough with wet cloth. And keep it for rest for 10 minutes..
- For onion stuffing: Heat oil,add jeera,coriander seeds, black pepper powder, hing,fennel seeds, grated ginger, green chilly, chopped garlic, besan and saute it. Then add chopped onion, salt, lal mirch powder, haldi, boiled potatoes, garam masala, chopped coriander, amchur powder, sugar and mix it nicely..

- Take out in a bowl and let it cool down. Our onion stuffing is ready..
- Now from a dough take a ball and roll it round with the help of a rolling pin and fill the stuffing and pack it by applying some water in the edges..
- Heat oil and deep fry the kachoris on the medium flame by flipping them occasionally..
