Ingredients of Semolina Ladoos
- It's 1 cup of roasted semolina.
- You need 1 teaspoon of ghee.
- You need 1/2 cup of Jaggery syrup.
- You need 1 teaspoon of milk.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
- It's 2 tablespoons of dessicated coconut.
- It's Pinch of Kesar threads.
- It's 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds.
Perfect for the festival of rakshabandhan. Rava ladoo is one of our favorite. In the same pan roast the semolina and saute it on a slow flame until it comes to brown color and keep it aside until it cools down. Transfer into a blender and blend into a coarse powder.

- Firstly soaked kesar in 1 teaspoon milk then heat ghee and roast semolina..

- When all thing mix properly, then switched off the flame and make Ladoos. Garnish with pumpkin seeds..
In the sago cashew nuts bowl add semolina powder, cardamom powder, sugar powder, salt and mix thoroughly. Heat the ghee in a pan, when it is hot enough add cashew nuts and fry until slightly brown. Add the raisins and when it is balloon up remove from heat and set aside. Add grated fresh coconut and roast until golden brown. In a same pan add semolina roast until the aroma starts to coming out.
