- You need of blueband.
- You need of sugar.

- Prepare your baking tin by greasing with blueband & dust with flour.
- Mix the blueband with sugar until light & fluffy.

- Mix vanilla, vinegar, baking soda & food colour in a separate bowl then add this to the egg mixture.
- Add flour, baking powder & fermented milk... mixing it until no lumps are visible.
- Pour into your baking tin & bake for 40mins or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
Mix in sour cream, milk, food color and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until just blended. Mix in your stand mixer the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Using cupcake liners, place the linners in a cupcake pan and spray with spray oil. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
