Achar gosht is an authentic Pakistani recipe which combines a range of flavours to interest your palate. Overall, achar gosht or achari gosht looks like the usual curry dish, but it is far from ordinary. Traditionally, achar gosht is in fact a spicy pickled mutton curry. - Prepare of Mutton.
- Prepare of Oil.
- It's of to taste Salt.
- Prepare of G. G paste.
- You need of Red chilli powder.
- It's of Tomatoes.
- Prepare of Haldi powder.

- You need of Crushed Sabut dhaniya.

However since I couldn't get my hands on mutton, I used beef instead. Achar Gosht, a hot & sour Indian curry cooked in a wok to emulate a karahi, this version has Hyderabadi influences & uses lamb or mutton. Achar ghousht step by step
- In a pan add oil then g. gpaste...Now tomatoes and let them mashed then add meat..Then add all spices.
- And broil it well...Now broil for 10 minutes then when oil comes upward add beaten yogurt and garam masala powder then broil it well and left it to cook...
- Then for green chilli separate there seeds and then add mixture of chat Masala and lemon juice.
- Then add it in gravy when it was done and enjoy.....
