- 1 pan m oil dal gram flour se thin Bondi bana le.
- Sugar +water mix kar syrup bana le.
- Phele 5 2mnts slow par sugar syrup boil kar 1 pinch citric aciddale phir 2mnts full par kar gas off kar de & colour milae.
- Syrup normal hone par Bondi isme milae & slow gas par cook karein in to boondi syrup soak kar le.
- Ab 1/2 hour ke liye cover kar rakh de.
- Gulab jal & dry fruits mix kar de.
- Normal hone par isme laddu bana le.
