Bhindi aur pyaj ki sabzi instructions

  1. First wash bhindi in running water.Then dry it with the help of cotton napkin and cut it into 1/2 inch size..
  2. Take a pan or kadhai. Add oil and heat properly. Then add carom seeds. As it splutter add asafoetida. Then add bhindi and saute for 4 to 5 minutes..
  3. Now add onions and mix and stir. Add red chilli powder, dhania powder,garam masala,salt and mix it well Cover the kadhai with a lid..
  4. Stir and check in between..
  5. Cook it till bhindi is tender and cooked well..
  6. Now add amchur powder. Stir and mix well. At last garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Switch off the heat once cooked..
  8. It's ready to be served with roti,paratha.
