  3. We will add chicken pcs into it and will fry it till the water goes off (medium flame)..
  4. Once chicken fries well we will add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 3-4 mins..
  5. We will add all spices (garam masala powder, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, coriender powder) (slow flame). Stir it well and mix all the ingredients properly..
  6. Now add the gree purie. Mix it well and cook it for 2 mins. now Add yogurt and mix it very well and add salt as per the taste. Cover the pan and cook it or 5 mins. (Medium flame)..
  7. Now add crushed fenugreek leaves and mix it. Chicken hariyali is ready now..

How to make Green chicken: To prepare the green chicken, firstly, lets prepare the green paste. For this, grind together handful of mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, curd and green chillies together to a fine paste. In a pan, heat oil and ghee. crackle cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds crackle, add chopped onions and fry. Sprinkle in some sugar and allow the chicken to cook through.
