Ingredients of Matar chura
- Prepare 1 cup of green peas.
- You need 1 cup of flattened rice/poha/ chura.
- You need 2 tsp of oil.
- Prepare 1 of onion sliced.
- It's 2 of green chillies.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's to taste of Pepper.

Matar chura step by step
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai, add sliced onions and slit green chillies and fry till golden.. then add green peas, salt and pepper to taste and saute for 2 mins.. add 1/2 cup water and cover the lid... cook till the peas are soft and dry..
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add chura and roast till golden.. roast on medium low flame..
- Serve hot matar on a plate and top it with roasted chura....
