  1. Firstly in maida add namak,ajawien and ghee. Knead it well and rest for 15 minutes..
  2. Then take mashed potatoes in a bowl and add all the spices..mixed it well.
  3. Take a fry pan add oil and zeera and roast it for one minute then add potato paste in it..cook for another 1 or 2 minutes..
  4. Take a dough and make small ball of it..and roll it in a oval shape.
  5. Cut from the centre into two half.
  6. Take one half and apply water on it's straight side edge and paste it's two edges in a triangular shape.
  7. Add the filling in it and sealed from the bottom.
  8. Deep fry it and your samosa is ready...
