  2. Take a non-stick pan & heat it & pour this prepared mixture in it & heat it at low flame for 8-10 minutes with constant stirring to avoid lumps..
  3. Now heat it again continuously on medium flame for another 10 minutes with constant stirring..
  4. Now take a plate grease with oil & put some batter on it & spread uniformly & cool it for some time & check perfect consistency with help of a knife. (if it does not stick to the plate & roll properly it means perfect consistency comes & switch off the flame). If it does not come heat it further..
  5. When perfect consistency comes switch off the gas & spread all batter on pre- greased plates uniformly & cool it for some time & after that cut with knife & roll these in shape of khandvi..
