- You need 1 cup of Yogurt/ Dahi.
- You need 2 tsp of Gram flour/ Besan.

- You need 3 cups of water.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Cumin/ Jeera.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Mustard Seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of Ghee.
- It's 1 of Cinnamon Stick.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Fenugreek/ Methidana.
- You need 2 of clove.
- Prepare 1 of dried Kashmiri Red Chilli.
- It's Pinch of Hing/ Asafoetida.
- It's 1 of Chilli.
- It's 2 tsp of Chopped Coriander.
- You need of Salt as per taste.

Gujarati Kadhi step by step
- In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup curd and add 2 tsp gram flour, Ginger paste and sugar to it..
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Add 1 cup of water and mix well without forming lumps..
- Once the lumps are dissolved, add 2 more cups of water and mix well.
- Heat a kadhai and add 1 tsp ghee. Once ghee melts add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Clove, Fenugreek seeds, Cinnamon stick, dried red chilli and split green chilli.
- Transfer the besan curd mixture in kadhai and mix well.
- Mix on low flame flame for 5 minutes till the mixture comes to boil.
- Continue to cook for 15 minutes on low medium flame and keep mixing in between. The add salt as per taste and chopped coriander for garnishing. After adding salt cook for 2-3 minutes more..
- Gujarati Kadhi is ready to serve with hot steam rice.. ENJOY!!!.
