Hakka noodles instructions

  1. Heat the pan add water boil it then add little salt and noodles when noodles boiled 80-90 percent turn off the gas strain the water rinse with cold water then put some oil in it.
  2. Then Heat the kadai add oil then add chopped onion green chilli ginger garlic saute for 10 sec in high flame then add capsicum, cabbage, carrot mix it well again.
  3. Then vegies cooked half then add sauces like shezwan, soya, red chilli mix it then add boiled noodles again mix it stir it continously for a 30 sec then add chowmien masala, little salt, ajinomoto then again mix it well continously stir for 1 min then add vinegar (optional) then mix it.
  4. Serve and garnish with spring onion leaves.
  5. Tips : for nonsticky noodles you can boil noodles and wait for 2-3 hrs then you make noodles, the noodles cook perfectly nonsticky, when you cook directly after boil the noodles get sticky texture on it.

Hakka Noodles is a stir-fried Indo-Chinese dish that is popularly served by many Indo-Chinese restaurants also on Chinese roadside carts of India. Hakka Noodles are first invented in Kolkata by Chinese People who are settled in India, just to develop new cuisine.
