- You need of - Lady finger (bhindi).
- It's of medium sizes finely chopped tomato.
- Prepare of medium size onion petals.

Butter Bhindi Masala instructions
- Cut the lady finger in 1½ inch size.
- Fry the lady finger on high flame transfer it in the plate,the deep fry onion petals and tomato cubes for 1 minute on high flame..
- Heat oil add finely chopped onion,mix it then add chopped green chilli and finely chopped tomato fry it for 2 -3 minutes,add garlic paste,saute it for 1 minute..
- Add deep fried lady finger, onion and tomato,mix well..
- Add kitchen king masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur Powder and salt, cook for 2 -3 minutes on medium to high flame..
- Add butter,mix well, cook for another 1 minute.
- Tranfer to serving bowl and its ready to eat.
