  2. Prepare of water.
  3. Prepare of salt.
  4. It's of oil.
  5. You need of onion vertically chopped.
  6. It's of carrot thinly chopped.
  7. Prepare of cabbage vertically chopped.
  8. You need of capsicum thinly chopped.
  9. It's of spring onion for garnishing.
  10. Prepare of oil.
  11. It's of soya sauce.
  12. It's of red chili sauce.
  13. Prepare of vinegar.
  14. You need of Salt.
  15. It's of green chillies chopped.
  16. It's of garlic chopped.

  1. Keep water for boiling..
  2. Chop all vegetables..
  3. When water starts boiling, add salt & oil. Add noodles. Don't break noodles. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove it from water. Take strainer. Remove all water. Pour cold water. keep aside..
  4. Heat oil in kadhai. When oil is heated add garlic, green chilies & onion. Saute for 2 minutes..
  5. Add all vegetables except capsicum. Again saute for few minutes..
  6. Add capsicum, saute it..
  7. Add soya sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, salt. Mix all properly..
  8. Add our boiled noodles. Mix it. Make sure you saute it on medium high flame or on high flame.it tastes good..
  9. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot. Serve with shezwan chutney or Manchurian gravy..
