  1. You need of soya vadi.
  2. Prepare of boiled potatoes.
  3. It's of onion.
  4. Prepare of green chilli.
  5. It's of green coriander chopped.
  6. It's of oats.
  7. You need of carrot.
  8. It's of chat masala.
  9. You need of garam masala.
  10. You need of bread crumbs.
  11. You need of maida.
  12. You need of Salt.
  13. Prepare of Oil for fry.

  1. Soaked soya vadi for 2-3 hours..
  2. Add in a grinder and make a paste.
  3. Add soyavadi paste,boiled and mashed potatoes,bread crumbs,onion,green chilli,green coriander,chat masala,garam masala and salt in a mixing bowl..
  4. Mix well make kebab shape..
  5. Add maida,salt and water in a bowl and make a batter..
  6. Dip kebab in this batter,coat with oats..
  7. Add in hot oil and deep fry till crispy..
