Ingredients of Crispy Soya Oats Kebab
- You need of soya vadi.
- Prepare of boiled potatoes.
- It's of onion.
- Prepare of green chilli.
- It's of green coriander chopped.
- It's of oats.
- You need of carrot.
- It's of chat masala.
- You need of garam masala.
- You need of bread crumbs.
- You need of maida.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare of Oil for fry.
Veg seekh kabab recipe - Delicious veg kabab recipe made using veggies like potatoes, peas and textured vegetable protein i.e Soya granules or chunks. Seekh kabab is usually made of minced meat and grilled on skewers in a charcoal or tandoor oven. It is served with mint chutney, onion and lemon wedges. Due to the use of soya granules or chunks this veg seekh kabab tastes very close to the meat.
Crispy Soya Oats Kebab instructions
- Soaked soya vadi for 2-3 hours..
- Add in a grinder and make a paste.
- Add soyavadi paste,boiled and mashed potatoes,bread crumbs,onion,green chilli,green coriander,chat masala,garam masala and salt in a mixing bowl..
- Mix well make kebab shape..
- Add maida,salt and water in a bowl and make a batter..
- Dip kebab in this batter,coat with oats..
- Add in hot oil and deep fry till crispy..
The kebab then enriched with various other Indian masala to get into the authentic flavors. Oats is also a good way to use it as a binding agent and also to provide and crispy layer to kebabs or cutlets.
