  1. Wash all vegies. Finely chopped and grate them.
  2. Put all grated veggies in a bowl. add all the dry ingredients..
  3. Add cornstarch & all purpose flour with little water. gather the whole mixture and kind of mix and knead so that the veggies leave water and you get a dough like mixture..

  6. Flip the manchurian balls with help of stick / spoon and cook for another 2 minutes.

  8. Heat wok, add 1 tsp oil & ginger - garlic paste stir and saute for a minute on a low flame..
  9. Add 1/4 cup chopped spring onions or onions & green chillies stir and saute till the onions soften..
  10. Now add the vinegar, soy sauce, tomato sauce and green chilli sauce (if u Want more spicy). Stir very well. keep the flame on the lower side and sprinkle cornstarch. adding corn starch, veg.stock & water.now add salt and black pepper as required. stir again..
  11. Gravy will begin to thicken,add the fried veg balls. stir so that the sauce coats the veg balls evenly. switch off the flame and add 1/2 tsp sugar, toss and stir again..
  12. Serve veg manchuria hot .enjoy!.
