- Prepare of carrot (gajjar).
- Prepare of potato (alu).
- It's of pea (matar).
- You need of onion large (piyaz).
- You need of ginger paste.
- Prepare of garlic paste.
- It's of green chillies (big).
- It's of tomatoes.

- You need of Salt or to taste.
- You need of red chilli powder (lal pissi mirch).

- Prepare of ground spices (garam masala).
- It's of and 1/2 cup of water.
Mix well so the vegetables are coated with masala. Boil the potatoes in a pan of salted water for eight minutes until just tender, then drain well. Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan or karahi over a medium-high heat, add the potatoes. Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the potatoes, carrots and peas.

- First cut carrot and potato in round shape and onion in julienne cutting..
- Add oil and fry onion transparently then add ginger garlic paste and stir it for 1 to 2 minutes then add peas and stir it for 5 minutes till peas get little soft then add all spices and add 1/2 cup of water then add tomatoes, potatoes and carrots..
- Then cook it on low medium flame till vegetable get completely soft and cooked. Then continuous stir all Vegetables till oil get separated after it add coriander leaves, green chillies and 1 cup of water..
- Then again cooked it according to your thickness of your curry and till oil get separated and at the end turn off the flame and add the ground spices.... Now your dish is ready ☺️..
