  1. Boil the water and add 1 spoon salt and 1 spoon oil then add the Noodles and boil for 6 to 7 minute,Do not over cook,strain the noodles and rinse it with cold water then add 1 spoon of oil and mix with noodles.
  2. Heat the wok(Chinese kadai) add oil then add Chilli and garlic fry it for 30-40 second on high flame then add all the chopped vegetables and stir fry it for a minute.

  4. Saute well for 2 minutes on high flame,add some freshly chopped spring onion and veg hakka noodles is ready to serve it.
