- Prepare of Jeera.

Aloo Jeera instructions
- Wash Aloo Properly, peel off their skin and chop them in medium-small size pieces..
- Again Wash them properly, so that their starch is released completely..
- Now take a kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame..
- When oil gets heated up, add 1 Teaspoon Jeera, 1/2 Teaspoon Sarson & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle..
- When they start sizzling, add finely chopped green chillies in it with chopped aloo pieces & mix them properly..
- Cook them for 2-3 minutes, till their surface is set..
- After 2-3 minutes, close the lid & cook them for 4-5 minutes..
- After 4-5 minutes, open the lid & check whether aloo are cooked properly or not..
- If they are not cooked properly, cook them for 2-3 minutes more..
- Now add spices mix in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes..
- In the end, add 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala in it & mix them properly..
- Your Aloo Jeera are ready to be served..
