  1. At first boil chopped banana flower, strain it. Now add 2tbsp chana dal paste,turmeric powder,salt,ginger &green chili paste,cumin powder,garam masala powder. Mixed well..
  2. Now make kofta balls and coat with garam flour,then fry kofta in refined oil..
  3. For make gravy, in a pan add mustard oil,bay leaves,cumin seeds,whole red chili,fry for few mints. Now add ginger &green chili &tomato paste, cook for 1mints.Then add salt & turmeric powder & cumin & coriander powder,mixed well and cook for 2mints. Then add curd and mixed in low flame. Now add water and fried kofta balls. Cover it and cook for 5mints. Atlast add garam masala &1tbsp ghee. cover it for at least 3/4 mints then serve it..
