- You need 1 cup of gram flour / besan.
- You need 1/3 cup of Urad dal flour.
- You need 1/8 tsp of baking soda.
- It's 1 tsp of oil + deep frying.
- You need to taste of salt.
- It's 1/4 cup of water.
- You need 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need to taste of Black salt.

- Start by making tha gram flour and udal flour in mixing bowl.
- Add tha salt bakingsoda Abdoul thisandblend well.
- Add tha waterand knead it to médium consistency Add 1tsp oil or oil this and knead again.
- Divide tha dough into round medium sized roll give them à twirl in tha Rice flour and roll each one out in to a thin rôti.
- Then cut them into long stries and sort.
- Heat some oil in a pan on médium flame and fry tha strips set aside to cool on a kitchan paper towel.
- Sprinkle some blacksalt and tha Red chilli powder and serve with mint chatny.
