- Wash Poha/Chiwda/Chuda gently in a basket and stain all the water. Keep aside..
- In a pan/kadhai, add ghee and add jeera and hing..
- Now add matar/peas and cook it for 5 minutes covered..
- Now add salt and green chillies. Mix properly..
- Now gentle add washed poha and cover it for one minute..
- Switch off the gas. It's done. Serve hot with green chutney or as it is with a cup of Tea..
