- Besan main sub ingredients ko dal kar mix karain.
- Ab water say smooth paste bana lein jese pic mein texture show kia hai.
- Oil ko low- medium heat par garam kar lein.
- Pir spoon ki madad say besan ka mixture oil main dalty jaein.
- Oil main baron ko dalny ke forun baad spoon say touch na karain warna toot kar karab ho jaein gy.Baray jab aik side say light brown ho jein tu side change kar ke dosary side say b light brown kar lein.
- Chopped piyaz ko tora sa namak laga kar 5-10 min rakh dein.
- Dahi main milk or spices ko dal kar mix karain pir is main namak lagy howy piyaz ko wash kar ke dalain ab aloo or hari mirchain dal kar mix karain.
- Ab is main Baray thandy kar ke dalain or dania dal dein.
- Chat masala say dahi baron ko garnish karain or 15 min frigde main rakh dein.
