  2. Prepare 350 gr of tofu.

  4. You need 30 ml of water for seasoning.
  5. You need 180 ml of water for cooking.

Mabo Dofu step by step

  1. I use this product, you can buy it at supermarket.. Mabo Dofu
  2. Dry tofu with cook tissue 20 minutes. I see program cooking show this trick to make your tofu not so fragile..

  6. With medium heat, pour 180 ml water and sauce mabo. Wait just a second until bubbling..
  7. Put tofu when bubbling.
  8. Stop fire, pour powder seasoning and slow stir..
  9. Switch on Medium heat, slow stir, put your onion leaf..
