- It's of chopped potato.
- Prepare of chopped carrot.

- It's of half crushed garlic.
- Prepare of chopped coriander.
- Prepare of oil.
- Prepare of mustard seeds.
- Prepare of hing.
- Prepare of chilli powder.
- You need of cumin and coriander seed powder.

Gujarati style Cabbage Sabzi instructions
- Take a kadai and add oil, mustard seeds and after mustard seeds roast add hing, turmeric powder, potato, carrot, mutter and salt.
- Now roast it for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Now add cabbage and capsicum and mix it well.
- Roast for 10 to 15 minutes and then add crushed garlic and tomato and roast for 5 minutes.
- Now add chilli powder, cumin and coriander seed powder and mix it well and add coriander and mix.
- Now garnish with coriander and serve it.
