  6. Now in the same kadhai, some oil would be left. Add 1 tsp chili powder (as per taste), 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp dhania jeera powder, and mix it. Now add the cooked onion tomatoes paste to the masala. Cook for sometime till oil separates..
  7. Now add the marinated and roasted potatoes. You may add water to adjust the consistency. Cook for 5 minutes mixing it lightly in few intervals avoiding the potatoes from breaking. Add garam masala and Kasuri methi and cook for more than 2 minutes..
