Ingredients of Gujarati Masala Poori
- It's of Whole wheat flour (1 cup = 237 ml).
- It's of coarse wheat flour (bhakhri atta).
- You need of water (1 cup = 250 ml).
- Prepare of salt.
- It's of Oil.
- You need of turmeric powder.
- You need of red chilli powder.
- Prepare of carom seeds (Ajwain).
- You need of Oil to fry.

Gujarati Masala Poori step by step
- Mix all the ingredients well with flour.
- Add little bit water at a time and keep kneading the soft dough.
- Once the dough is ready, cover and let it rest for 15 mins.
- Make small balls out of it and roll in to small disk.
- Deep fry all of them.
- Serve with your favourite Sabji.
