Ingredients of Bhindi Masala Fry
- It's of bhindi/lady finger.
- Prepare of oil.
- It's of green chilies, slit.
- It's of turmeric powder.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- It's of coriander powder.
- Prepare of cumin seeds.
- Prepare of dry mango powder/amchur.
- It's of garam masala powder.
- It's of kasuri methi crushed.
- You need of salt to taste.
- It's of chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot, garnished with some fresh chopped coriander. Fry until bhindi is done to your liking. I usually take off the bhindi when it is no more slimy. Bhendi Fry (alternately called Okra fry, Bhindi fry, Bhindi masala or Bharwan bhindi) is stir fried okra (ladies's finger) that is slit and stuffed with spice mix such as garam masala and other locally available ground spices.

- Rinse the bhindi then wipe them dry with a kitchen towel, slice off the crown and base tip of each bhindi and cut them vertically.
