Ingredients of Bhindi Masala Fry

  1. It's of bhindi/lady finger.
  2. Prepare of oil.
  3. It's of green chilies, slit.
  4. It's of turmeric powder.
  5. Prepare of red chilli powder.
  6. It's of coriander powder.
  7. Prepare of cumin seeds.
  8. Prepare of dry mango powder/amchur.
  9. It's of garam masala powder.
  10. It's of kasuri methi crushed.
