Chura \poha Matar instructions
- Sieve &wash poha.
- Add 1tsp of garam masala, amchoor powder, salt to taste, 1tomato Grated &1sp of oil & half spoon sugar.
- Take a pan add desi ghee crackle jeera and heeng.
- Add bay leaves, clove, black pepper, green peas, salt, sugar, ginger garam masala, red chilli powder, &mix well.
- Soaked raisin in lemon juice.
- Cover peas brinjal slice & cover the lid.
- Cook until soft.
- Keep aside brinjal slice add tomatoes mix &cook 1mnt.
- Gas turn off.
- Mix peas in poha.
- Take a pan add ghee crackle jeera and heeng.
- Fry cashew.
- Add poha mixture & add soaked raisin.
- Cook few seconds serve hot with chutney...
