  1. Sieve &wash poha.
  2. Add 1tsp of garam masala, amchoor powder, salt to taste, 1tomato Grated &1sp of oil & half spoon sugar.
  3. Take a pan add desi ghee crackle jeera and heeng.
  4. Add bay leaves, clove, black pepper, green peas, salt, sugar, ginger garam masala, red chilli powder, &mix well.
  5. Soaked raisin in lemon juice.
  6. Cover peas brinjal slice & cover the lid.
  7. Cook until soft.
  8. Keep aside brinjal slice add tomatoes mix &cook 1mnt.
  9. Gas turn off.
  10. Mix peas in poha.
  11. Take a pan add ghee crackle jeera and heeng.
  12. Fry cashew.
  13. Add poha mixture & add soaked raisin.
  14. Cook few seconds serve hot with chutney...
