- Prepare 1 cup of curd.

- Prepare Pinch of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.

Gujarati kadhi instructions
- Add curd and water in a bowl and mix well..
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, salt and gram flour in the above mixture..
- Now take a wok and add oil in it. Add clove, curry leaves, dries red chilli and jeera in it..
- Now add curd mixture in it and boil it..
- Now add jaggery in it and boil for 3-4 minutes. And serve it with jeera rice..
Traditionally this Indian yogurt curry is served with khichdi or steamed rice but you can serve it as a soup as well!. The Kadhi tastes the best when made with sour yogurt.
