  4. Add water in your steamer and let the water come to boil. Pour the grease pan, sprinkle with red chilli powder and coriander..
  5. Place the pan in steamer for 10-12 minutes. When done, remove and let the dhoklas become warm. Slice and serve the dhoklas with green chutney..
