Ingredients of Waina (Masa)

  2. It's of Foreign rice.
  3. It's of Baking Powder.
  4. Prepare of Tblsp Baker's Yeast.

  1. 1000g Local unpolished Rice. Wash Rice and Soak for 20-30minutes. Grind until fine and smooth..

  6. Put 1Tblsp of oil in each hole and wait for 1min until hot and then Pour a half cup of the mixture in each hole and allow to cook for 2minutes until light brown.
