  14. It's 2 tspoon of Haldi powder.
  15. It's 2 piece of Kokam.
  16. Prepare 1 inch of Imli.
  17. It's 3 tbspoon of Sambhar masala.

Southindian Platter step by step

  1. Sook dal for 1/2 hr....
  2. Add tomatoes, hari mirch, jokam, imli, lal mirch powder, Dhaniya powder, sambhar masala, salt, haldi powder to dal and pressure took for 3/4 whistles....
  3. After the dal is boil.. Cool down the cooker and mix it well like sambhar consistency.....
  4. Make tadaka ready by adding oil in pan,let the oil heat, add rai, hing, after tempered add curry patta and onions till lite pink, add lal mirch powder, Dhaniya powder, sambhar masala, salt, haldi powder, let it fry and add water to the tadaka...give a boil....
  5. Add the tadaka to dal and dein Garnish vth Dhaniya patta.....
  6. For chutney add coconut scrap to dahi....
  7. Roast dry urad dal till lite golden.....
  8. After the dal gets cool... Fine grind in a grinder.....
  9. Add green chillies and dhaniya patta to the dal and grind again adding little water....
  10. Once it's grinded add the mixture to the coconut scrap.....
  11. Make tadaka of chutney by add oil in pan,rai and let it temper, add lal sabat mirch, lal mirch powder, salt.
  12. Add the tadaka to chutney....
  13. For dosa... Add water and salt to the batter... Make liquid consistency,add oil to dosa tawa, spread the batter and fry dosa on medium flame initially dein on low flame, flip the dosa and fry on both sides....
  14. For menduvada add salt, finely chopped onions, green chilies and pour in menduvada mould.....
  15. Fry 1 by 1 menduvada dumplings in oil till golden and crispy....
  16. For aalo masala, add oil in tadaka pan, rai and jeera and let it temper, add hing,curry patta, onions and fry till little pink, add mashed aloo and add lal mirch powder, haldi powder,salt and dhaniya patta.... Mix well cook for 5 minutes.....
