  1. Clean, wash and soak poha with sufficient water.
  2. Blanch green peas/matar with little salt..
  3. Chop onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai add ground nuts, fry for a minute.
  5. Add phutana,followed by mustard and cummin seeds, curry leaves.
  6. Now add finally chopped onion and saute for a minute.
