  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of water or as required.

  1. Take suji, salt and soda in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add curd and water and mix well.

  5. Cover with lid and let it cook for 5 mins.
  6. Once done flip them and again add few drops of ghee and cover to Baker the another side. Mix Veg Appam
  7. Wait for 5 mins and your appam are ready.
  8. Serve hot with tangy tomato sauce.
