Ingredients of Stuffed masala bhindi

  1. You need of bhindi(ladyfinger).
  2. It's of salt.
  3. It's of red chilli powder.
  4. It's of coriander powder.
  5. You need of garam masala.
  6. Prepare of kitchen king masala.
  7. It's of dry mango powder(amchur).
  8. You need of asafoetida (hing).
  9. You need of turmeric powder.
  10. You need of paneer.
  11. You need of oil.

Fill each and every bhindi with this Bharli Bhendi masala (thick coconut paste). Heat a non stick pan and add the oil to it. Add the mustard seeds and as soon as they splutter, add the asafoetida. Start adding the Bharli Bhendi little by little.

Stuffed masala bhindi instructions

  1. Wash the bhindi and let it dry. Then make a cut in each bhindi length wise without cutting through the entire length.it should still be joint at one end.do this with every bhindi and then set them aside..
  2. Take a large bowl and add coriander powder, dry mango powder (amchur) red chilli powder,garam masala,salt,hing and turmeric etc. Mix all the speiecs together with a spoon..
  3. Take one bhindi and stuff it with the prepared masala. Repeat with the remaining bhindi. Stuff them well with a generous amount of masala. Set them aside.heat 4 table spoon of oil in a kadaie on a medium flame. Place the stuffed bhindi in the kadaie. After 2 minutes lower the heat to medium low and cover the kadie. After 2 minutes open the kadaie and carefully flip each bhindi.this will take around 15-20 minutes on low heat.you can squeeze some lemon juice on top.Now bhindi is ready..
  4. Add some grated paneer on bhindi..

To a large bowl add desiccated coconut powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dried mango powder (amchur), red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt.
