- It's of chana dal.
- You need of green chilli.
- It's of ciba Kashmiri Mirch.
- It's of ciba turmeric powder.

Making of Dhokar Dalna: Fry Potato cubes in the remaining oil until those turn Golden Brown in color. In a Pan heat two Tbsp. - Soaked dal 3-4hrs.
- Grind paste with Green chilli.
- Add salt,oil &bhuna jeera powder.
- Ciba turmeric.
- Add ciba Garam masala.
- Take a pan add oil crackle jeera add dal paste.
- Cook until thick.
- Take a plate spread oil spread dal & flatten with the help of roller pin.
- After cool down Cut into small pieces &shallow fry.
- Take a pan add oil crackle panchforan.
- Add dry chilli& bay leaves.
- Add chopped tomato and ginger paste saute them.
- Add ciba Kashmiri Mirch.
- Add ciba turmeric.
- Add ciba coriander powder.
- Add ciba Garam masala.
- Add ciba salt cook 1mnt.
- Add khaskhas paste stir fry few seconds.
- Add 1glass of water cook 3-4mnts.
- Add dal pieces cover the lid cook 5mnts.

Soak the chana for a few hours then grind it with ginger, chilli and little water into a paste. Take a tablespoon of oil in a non stick pan add jeera, hing, the ground mixture, salt and sugar.
