Chole tikki instructions

  1. Boil chick peas with salt and sukha amla.
  2. Take boiled chana in wok.
  3. On chana put chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder.
  4. Put garam masala, chana masala jeera powder and kala namak.
  5. Mix all the ingredients and keep aside.
  6. Take boiled potatoes and mash it.
  7. Take grated paneer add salt and chopped dry fruits little chopped green coriander leaves.
  8. Take small portion of mashed potato and fill it with mixture of grated paneer and dry fruits.
  9. Make tikkis and put in microwave and roast it.
  10. Take tikki and put the chole on it.
  11. Put saunth, green coriander chutney.
  12. Garnish with chopped onion.
