- Prepare soft dough of whole wheat flour using salt oil and water..
- Now heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and cumin seeds in it and allow it to crackle..
- Then add green chillies and onion in it saute it till it becomes light brown in colour..
- Add mashed potato, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and roasted cumin seeds powder in it and cook it well..
- Now, cut little big part from dough, stuff potato mix and make paratha of it..
- Heat a tawa, cook paratha well from both sides, spread ghee/butter/oil over it cook it well and switch off the flame..
- Your aloo pyaaz paratha is ready to serve now..
Cover it completely and seal the stuffing. Place the paratha on a hot pan and roast well on both sides by applying ghee. Serve the parathas with the butter and spiced curd.
