- At first soak the kesar and attar in the warm milk.keep aside.
- Now heat a pan add oil and fry the paneer cubes and keep aside.
- Now add ghee in the pan add the whole jeera bay leaf and whole garam masalas.
- Fry the onions ginger garlic paste.
- Add salt,jeera powder,chilli powder, turmeric powder mix well.
- Add tomato cubes and keep in low flame till it starts getting tender.
- Now add the boiled rice and mix.sprinkle the warm milk all over it..
- Finally add ghee and biryani masala and keep on a low flame for few mnts.
- Serve it hot with raita.
