  2. Prepare 50 gm of Arrowroot.
  3. You need 300 gm of Sugar.
  4. Prepare as needed of Kesar elaichi syrup.
  5. You need as needed of Water.
  6. Prepare as needed of Ghee for frying.

  1. Potatoes ko boil karein..
  2. Remove the skin.
  3. Mash well.
  4. Add aararot flour.
  5. Make chashni sugar and water boil for 5 min..
  6. Add Kesar elaichi syrup.
  7. Mix Potato flour and make a dough.
  8. Then make Jilebi with chakri maker..
  9. Then fry in ghee..
  10. After frying dip in chashni for 15 min..
  11. Then make it dry and serve.
