- Prepare of lady's finger.
- Prepare of potatoes boiled.
- Prepare of coriander powder.
- You need of turmeric powder.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- You need of amchur( dry mango) powder.
- Prepare of oil.
- It's of salt.

- First wash the ladys fingers thoroughly and drain the excess water. Boil the potatoes. Remove both the ends of each lady finger and Cut the ladys finger into roundals as shown in.the pic below..
- Take A deep pan heat oil and add the ladys finger stir well and saute for A few minutes on high flame then sprinkle some salt and turn the flame to low. Mix well and keep stirring every few mins. Meanwhile peel and dice the boiled potatoes and keep aside.
- Keep stirring the ladys finger for 2-3 Minutes untill cooked properly..
- Now add the boiled potatoes and sprinkle all the spices, toss well and cover the lid and cook on low flame for 1minute. Serve hot with roti and salad or pickle of your choice..
