Simple, easy to make Dhokla kadhi tastes good with hot steamed rice as well as tandoori roti's. You can cook Gujarati kadhi and sooji dhokla using 15 ingredients and 13 steps. Ingredients of Gujarati kadhi and sooji dhokla
- Prepare of For Gujarati kadhi.
- You need 2 tbsp of Sooji.
- You need 1 bowl of Curd.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare to taste of Red chilli.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Mustard seed.
- It's 1 of Green chilli.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Curry leaves.
- It's of Sooji Dhokla.
- You need 1 bowl of Semolina.
- You need 1 bowl of Curd.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Mustard seed.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Curry leaves.

- Now in a big vessel heat 2 glass water. Keep a bowl in between this vessel. Fill it with water. Place this baking tray on it and cover with lid..
- Let it steam for 15 minutes..
- After 15 minutes check it by inserting the knife in mixture. If it comes clean it means Dhokla is ready. Remove from heat. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Cut square pieces..
- For tadka: Heat 2 teaspoon cooking oil and put mustard seeds and rai and when they splutter add curry leaves and green chilli. Sprinkle chilli flakes and pour this tadka on Dhokla..
- Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over it..
- Serve it hot with gujarati kadhi..
