- Add moong dal, mava, elaichi powder and milk powder in mixer grinder..
- Add some milk to it. Don't add whole ½ milk at once. Add it in two batches..
- Remove the mixture in bowl and keep it at rest for ½ hour..
- In the meantime, add ½ cup sugar and ½ water in a pan to make sugar syrup..
- Make it about what we call "ek taar ki chashni".
- Then after the batter is ready after ½ hour, Fry the malpuas in a shallow pan in which we have heated ghee already. Fry them on medium flames..
- Keep the malpuas in sugar syrup for about 2 to 3 minutes..
