Heat ghee in a pan,add onions,green chillies and saute until golden brown. Add marinated paneer and corn,chilly powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and mix well.   8. Add washed and soak rice in the boiling water and cook till 75-80%..
  9. Drain the water and keep aside.
  10. Layer the rice with methi paneer masala add brown onion, mint and pudina. Follow the same procedure.
  11. The upper layer should b rice. Finally add ghee on top, fried onion, mint, coriander leaves and orange food colour on top..
  12. Cook on low flame for 10-15 mins..
