  2. Prepare of Onions.
  3. It's of Green Chillies.
  4. Prepare of Ginger.
  5. You need of Mustard Oil.

  8. Prepare of Coriander Seeds.
  9. Prepare of Saunf.
  10. You need of Dahi.

Dahi Wale Aloo instructions

  1. Wash Aloo properly & then chop them in medium-small size pieces..

  3. But don’t peel off their skin..
  4. Now take a bowl, add chopped aloo pieces in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt & mix them properly..
  5. No add water in it & let them rest for 5-10 minutes so that their starch is completely released..
  6. Chop Onions, Ginger & Green Chillies very Finely..

  8. Now add all spices in 1 Cup Dahi & mix them properly..

  12. Now take a kadhai, add oil in it for frying & keep the gas on medium flame..
  13. Now after 5-10 minutes, drain out all the water from aloo..
  14. When oil gets heated up, add chopped aloo pieces in it & fry them till they turn into golden brown in colour..
  15. Meanwhile, take another kadhai, add 1 Big Spoon Mustard Oil in it & keep the gas on high flame to burn the oil first..
  16. When smoke starts coming out of Kadhai, turn off the flame & let the oil cool down a bit..
  17. After some time, again turn on the gas & keep it on medium flame..
  18. Now add 1 Teaspoon Jeera, 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds, 1/2 Teaspoon Saunf & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle..

  20. When they start sizzling, add finely chopped Onions, Ginger & Green Chillies in it & roast them till they turn into golden brown in colour..
  21. Now after 7-8 minutes, when aloo pieces turn into golden brown in colour, turn off the flame & take them out in a plate or a bowl..
  22. Now after 5-6 minutes, when onions turn into golden brown in colour, add spices mixed dahi in it & mix them properly..

  24. Keep stirring it so that it doesn’t get burned & cook them till they start releasing oil..
  25. After 6-7 minutes, when oil is completely released, add fried aloo pieces in it with 1 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi & 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala & some water & mix them properly..
