  1. You need 3 of kgs Rajapuri Mango (Finely Chopped).
  2. It's 2 of kgs Sugar.
  3. It's 3 Tbsp of Salt.
  4. You need 1 1/2 Tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  5. Prepare 1 Tsp of Cumin (Hand Crushed).
  6. Prepare 1/4 Tsp of Asafoetida.

  1. Take raw Rajapuri Mangoes, peel them and fine chop them..

  6. Take the microwaved katki in a container and further let it cool. Once the Microwave process is complete let the mixture cool down completely..
  7. After it cools completely add red chilli powder, hand crushed cumin, asafoetida and mix properly..
  8. Can be stored in an airtight container for full year. Can be had with Dhokla,Paratha, Muthiya, etc..
